Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Noisy. Dusty. Hot. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Determine materials required. Study engineering drawings and blueprints. Assemble and fit plates and sections to form structures. Set up and operate heavy-duty metal-working machines. Install fabricated components in final product. Rig, hoist and move materials to storage areas or within worksite. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Hand-eye co-ordination. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Attention to detail. Fast-paced environment.
