Then look no further!</strong></p><p>We are a <strong>NEW PHARMACY OPENING</strong> and are looking for a <em><strong>clinically minded pharmacist with over 2 years of retail community pharmacy and tele-pharmacy experience</strong></em> to work for a growing company. We are primarily an online-based pharmaceutical company providing tele-pharmacy, with some in-person retail services. Preference is given to the individual who excels in patient counselling and medical reviews.</p><p>Please note we do not dispense any narcotics or methadone.</p><p><strong>POSITION: </strong>Pharmacist</p><p><strong>REPORTS TO: </strong>Pharmacist Manager</p><p><strong>LOCATION: </strong>Border Pharmacy, 3401 East Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC</p><p>We are an onsite and e-commerce pharmacy with the best reputation in the industry. Our expansion in opening a new pharmacy location has led us to search for the ideal candidate to be our pharmacist.</p><p>We are known to provide the best service, and part of that service is our mission to ensure Pharmacy Professionals are always accessible. This position primarily involves our e-commerce business via phone, email, and some retail service to the public.</p><p>This is a fast-paced working environment to ensure our number one priority is met for a quick turnaround and shipping medications. A customized software program communicates and navigates an efficient and productive day's work.</p><p><strong>We are looking for a candidate who:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Excited to be a part of a growing team</p></li><li><p>Efficient in verbal prescriptions</p></li><li><p>Customer service orientated</p></li><li><p>A resource for patients within their scope of practice</p></li></ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p><strong>Pharmacy Team</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work with the Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacist Assistants to complete daily responsibilities.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Dispensing Medications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Reviewing and verifying prescriptions accurately and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company policies.</p></li><li><p>Dispensing medications and providing appropriate labelling and instructions for use.</p></li><li><p>Ensuring the accuracy of medication orders and addressing customer concerns or queries.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Clinical Support and Consultation:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Providing professional advice to customers regarding medication usage, side effects, contraindications, and potential interactions.</p></li><li><p>Conducting medication therapy management and adherence counselling as needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>E-commerce Platform Management:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Collaborating with the pharmacist assistants to optimize the online platform for pharmaceutical products, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and availability.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Adhering to all regulatory standards and guidelines related to the online sale of pharmaceuticals.</p></li><li><p>Implementing quality control measures to ensure the safe and proper storage, handling, and dispensing of medications.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Customer Service and Support:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Work with the pharmacist assistants to resolve customer concerns, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally through various communication channels (phone, chat, email).</p></li><li><p>Providing excellent customer service by demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Available after a 90-day probationary period</p></li></ul><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monday to Friday</p></li><li><p>8 hour shifts per day</p></li></ul><p><strong>ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND- LocationVancouver, BC
