Truly Creative Marketing is on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant digital marketing team. If you're passionate about creativity, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in for small business owners, we want to hear from you! ? *POSITION:* Temporary Full-time Contractor role, with potential for cross-training and career growth. Monday to Friday, 7-8 hours a day. *LOCATION:* Truly Creative Marketing in office work, with occasional travel within our Slave Lake Region for special projects *HOURS: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with flexibility for client events *JOB DESCRIPTION:* As our Marketing Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Truly Creative Marketing as we continue to evolve and grow. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to: * *Social Media Management: *Assisting with content creation, scheduling, and engagement across various platforms. Conducting competitor research, analyzing reports, accomplishing KPI goals, and assisting with campaign management and content planning. Experience with Canva or Photoshop is an asset. Participation within the TCM social media channel on posts, stories, and reels is a must. * *Administrative Support:* Handling document creation, spreadsheet tracking, proofreading, errands, meetings with clients, project research, and managing the email inbox. Supporting the creative team with various tasks and providing ongoing assistance as needed. * *Client Interaction: *Working closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction at every stage of the process. \*There will be some light traveling within our Lesser Slave Lake Region. Occasionally our work does involve attending or assistance in hosting events over non-business hours on weekends but will be met with time in lieu. These will be planned in advance with notice. *QUALIFICATIONS:* I am looking for a creative that is eager to learn. To excel in this role, you'll need: ? Proficiency in Word, Google Docs, Excel, and PowerPoint. ? Exceptional communication, and customer service skills. ? Ability to adapt to changing priorities. ? Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. ? A passion for learning and a creative eye *ASSETS:* While not required, the following skills and experiences would be advantageous: ? Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook & Instagram ?
