Partner Staffing  is currently working with our client seeking a highly motivated and experienced  Engineering Manager  to join their leadership team. With manufacturing facilities in Calgary, AB, they are a committed partner to develop cost-effective upstream, midstream, and downstream projects. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Oversee project engineering, instrumentation, and inspection processes. Make recommendations and contribute to important decision-making on technical and complex aspects of projects. Provide support and supervision to the engineering group, ensuring the quality and accuracy of documentation packages. Review and approve fabrication drawings, and perform equipment and instrument sizing checks. Manage client liaison and project management tasks, including cost control. Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards, including ASME section VIII Div 1 and Div 2, and ASME B31.3. Prepare technical and commercial proposals for equipment bids. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Extensive experience in project engineering, with a strong background in fabrication. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. Strong decision-making abilities and experience with highly technical and complex projects. Familiarity with industry codes and standards, including ASME sections and B31.3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Benefits Why Work Here?
