The Boyer Auto Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player to join our team as a *Financial Services Manager!* In this role, you will oversee the financial activities of the dealership, manage financial transactions, and play a key part in helping customers secure financing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring that all dealership processes are followed with precision and accuracy.
*Responsibilities*
* Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes.
* Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of manufacturer-specific vehicles, finance, and incentive programs.
* Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Secure financing for customers through various banks, credit unions, and manufacturer financing programs, ensuring favorable terms.
* Present and sell financial products such as extended warranties, insurance, and protection plans to customers.
* Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with finance companies, banks, manufacturer financing centers, and suppliers.
* Ensure all reports and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that all sales customers and potential clients are handled according to dealership procedures.
* Comply with Provincial & Federal laws, including OMVIC, MVDA, and AODA.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are met.
*Qualifications:*
* Valid OMVIC License.
* 3 to 5 years of experience in Automotive Financial Services or a Business Office.
* Proficiency in math, financial analysis, and negotiating favourable financing terms.
* Experience in securing financing and offering financial products to customers.
* Ability to manage cash flow and forecasting.
* Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
* Professional demeanor with the ability to sell financial products to customers.
* Previous experience in dealership finance is a bonus.
* Familiarity with PBS software is a bonus.
