In your role as Customer Sales Rep you will be answering incoming customer phone calls and taking orders. You?ll also be serving walk-in customers throughout the day. You?ll need to be able to answer a basic range of questions on products and their use. You will be responsible for utilizing the POS & inventory system to complete day-to-day tasks. You will be directing all incoming and outgoing activity in the branch. Overseeing drivers, managing inventory, and maintaining a positive attitude are all essential to this position. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $18.00 per hour Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Ottawa, ON K1G 3N2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person- LocationOttawa, ON
