*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle transactions, assist with inquiries, and contribute to a welcoming environment. *Duties* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Handle cash and credit transactions while ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. * Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to enhance customer experience. * Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies. * Upsell and promote store products to maximize sales opportunities. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations. * Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed. *Skills* * Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. * Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. * Proficient in using POS systems for transaction processing. * Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
