About The Role: We are seeking an energetic and passionate Store Manager to join our growing brand. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will be responsible for creating a beautiful customer experience with a difference. Activating your customer base by running events and forming relationships will be a key part of this role. You will work to foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude. About you: * 3 or more years in the retail/hospitality sector * Luxury fashion retail experience advantageous * Commercial awareness of latest luxury fashion trends * Be a strong communicator with a customer experience focus * Be confident in styling and suggesting outfit options to all customers * Strong initiative and an eye for detail * Energetic and intrinsically motivated * Ability to work independently as well as within a team * Bilingual (French&English) Tasks & responsibilities: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * The ability to drive sales * Visual Merchandising * Providing excellent customer service * Stock management Our Benefits: * A supportive team and brand culture * Generous discounts across whole range * Quarterly clothing allowance * Commission possible _If you believe you can contribute to the Silk family in a positive way, we would love to hear from you._ Job Type: Full-Time Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-12-01- LocationMontréal, QC
