*Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our retail environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for retail, with the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining a positive atmosphere. *Responsibilities* * Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. * Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a customer-centric culture. * Support budgeting processes and monitor sales performance to achieve financial goals. * Train, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote career growth. * Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and loss prevention strategies. * Utilize POS systems for transactions, reporting, and inventory management. * Communicate effectively with team members to ensure clarity in tasks and objectives. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels. * Assist in implementing promotional strategies to drive sales and enhance store visibility. *Requirements* * Proven experience in retail sales or management roles is preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in budgeting and financial management within a retail context. * Experience with POS systems and sales management tools. * Ability to train and develop staff effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. * Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence. * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as needed.
