*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and customer service, with the ability to engage customers effectively and provide exceptional product knowledge. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and support. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. * Utilize strong phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads. * Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. * Process transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in sales reporting. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer experience. * Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service, encouraging repeat business. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Able to speak and write fluent English. * Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. * Able to lift 35 pounds.
