With expertise spanning across Interior Trim, Exterior Siding, Cabinetry, and Framing divisions, we are committed to delivering excellence in craftsmanship and service.</p><p>As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Join our dynamic team and contribute to our legacy of superior quality and customer satisfaction.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong><strong>: </strong></p><ul><li>Process suppliers and subcontractors invoices.</li><li>Match invoices with PO, receiving documents and price list.</li><li>Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies.</li><li>Post invoices in accounting system.</li><li>Prepare and process cheque run.</li><li>Perform suppliers account statement reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with vendors.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in an AR function and general accounting position.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus.</li><li>Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (MS AX Dynamics preferred). Experience with an ERP system is an asset.</li><li>Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.</li><li>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with customers and internal teams.</li><li>Bilingualism (English/French) is an advantage.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing issues.</li><li>Integrity and commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Experience in the construction industry (an asset).</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Casual dress</li><li>Company events</li><li>Dental care</li><li>Extended health care</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>On-site parking</li></ul><p>Join us where your skills and dedication will contribute to our continued success.
