*About us* Gaslight Heat Services in Victoria since 1992 is seeking a competent individual with a working knowledge of gas appliance service who likes the "family" atmosphere and wants to grow with our business! Have a customer service-first attitude, and be able to work independently. We are expanding our teams and looking for Our next team member(s) to join our HVAC teams. Having a Red Seal HVAC Ticket is not necessary but will be given priority. * Competitive wage (dependent on experience) and benefits * Join an experienced team and be part of our family * Be a part of our great culture * Apprenticeship mentorship, development, and training * Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems - Perform routine maintenance on equipment - Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems - Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring - Test electrical circuits or components for continuity - Weld and braze pipes as needed - Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used - Respond to emergency service calls as needed - Drive company van to job sites * Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Completion of an HVAC training program or apprenticeship - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in tight spaces - Experience with appliance repair and/or equipment repair is preferred - Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively * Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience - Health insurance - Dental insurance - Vision insurance - Retirement plan - Paid time off If you are a skilled HVAC technician with experience in appliance repair and equipment repair, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
