*Maritime Bus* are currently recruiting a *Customer Service Representative for our Charlottetown Maritime Bus location.*

Our *Customer Service Representative* will be responsible for provide customer service with primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Always provide superior customer service. Sell bus tickets and parcel shipments as needed.
* Operate a computer, Point of Sales system, phones, email and other electronic devices as required.
* Answer phone calls and reply to emails for T3 Transit and Maritime Bus.
* Provide customers with schedule times and assist the Maritime Bus driver during bus arrival and departure times.
* Resolve any customer service issues within your control and seek assistance from management as required.
* Train and communicate all new initiatives as commissioned by the senior management team.
* Ensure daily balancing of cash and point of Sales systems and investigate overages and shortages.
* The responsibilities of this position include performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks for the terminal.
*Requirements*
* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
* Requires the ability to perform multiple activities and initiatives and adapt to changing priorities on a day-to-day basis, while maintaining organizational effectiveness. ?
* Proven ability to understand a variety of computer programs.
* Must be able to lift to 75 lbs.
* Be somewhat flexible with days and hours if needed.
* High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability.
* Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
* Able to work well under pressure.
* Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Additional pay:
* Overtime pay
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
