*ESF EQUIPMENT - CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT*

*Job Types:* Full-time, Permanent (Remote)
*Position: Customer Service Agent (Ontario) ? *Reporting to the Ontario Sales Director
*Job description:*
* Maintain and develop healthy business relationships with existing and new customers
* Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of sales data
* Receive and process orders by telephone, online (EDI), or Fax
* Communicating with sales team as it relates to replenishment, order changes and supporting documents
* Preparing sales reports, and presentations as required
* Responds to customer requests for information on parts and equipment (price, technical information, order status, etc.)
* Coordinating and responding to all requests from customers looking to promote products, parts and programs.
* Resolves customer conflicts efficiently and in a professional manner
* Updating and maintaining ERP system set-ups and customer quotes.
* Perform other duties as assigned
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Post Secondary degree/diploma or combination of education and relevant work experience
* A minimum of 2 years previous Customer Service Experience required
* Excellent communication and active listening skills
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* ERP systems experience a plus
* Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Knowledge of the Outdoor Power Equipment an asset
* Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments
