<p>As an IT Programmer-Analyst, you will play a key role within our team, working closely with the IT Manager to maintain and develop our ERP solutions and other internal applications. You will be responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of IT systems, while liaising between technical teams and end users to ensure solutions are adapted to the needs of our organisation.</p><h3><strong>Your responsibilities:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Analysis and design:</strong> Identify user needs and transform functional and non-functional specifications into concrete solutions.</li><li><strong>Application development:</strong> Design, develop and configure applications, mainly ERP, using technologies such as AS400 RPG, .NET, C# and Delphi.</li><li><strong>Solution implementation:</strong> Actively participate in the development of testing, deployment and implementation strategies for solutions.</li><li><strong>Maintenance and continuous improvement:</strong> Ensure the proper functioning of current systems, make improvements and propose adjustments to meet the needs of our organisation. changes in operational needs.</li><li><strong>Collaboration and training:</strong> Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and train users on new systems.</li><li><strong>Project management:</strong> Supervise IT projects from design to production, respecting deadlines and expected quality.</li></ul><h3><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Degree in computer science, information systems or related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 5 years in .NET, C# and SQL development.</li><li><strong>Technical skills:</strong> Mastery of Agile methodologies and a good knowledge of current IT trends.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset, especially for meetings.</li><li><strong>Additional assets:</strong> Experience in ERP and AS400 RPG support.</li><li><strong>Personal qualities:</strong> Analytical mind, autonomy, curiosity, team spirit and rigor in documentation.</li></ul><h3><strong>What we offer:</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Competitive compensation</strong> with an annual bonus potential of up to 5%.</li><li><strong>Generous benefits</strong>: Advantageous group insurance plan, largely subsidized by the employer.</li><li><strong>Group retirement plan</strong> with employer contribution ranging from 3% to 6%.</li><li><strong>Working conditions</strong>: Free on-site parking, employee assistance program (EAP).</li><li><strong>Flexibility</strong>: Presence full-time on-site work required initially, with the possibility of switching to a hybrid work mode after the integration period.</li></ul>
