Goldview Property Management Ltd. is seeking a candidate for a full-time condominium management position. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: * 3+ years of Condominium property management experience; * valid drivers license; * ability to supervise 2-3 people; * ability to work in fast-paced environment; * Condominium setting experience; * experience with Condominium mechanical systems; * attention to detail; * dependability; * excellent written communication; * excellent oral communication; * organized; * team player; * effective interpersonal skills; * proficient with MS Word, Electronic Mail (email), MS Office; * ability to prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance; * ability to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation; * ability to monitor progress and cost of work for property owners, * ability compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income; * ensure response to trouble calls from clients and tenants; * possess a high school diploma; * possess a college/university degree, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years; and * English speaking. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care Work Location: In person- LocationToronto, ON
