*Overview* We are seeking a passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking and a passion for seasonal and farm to table . As a Baker, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, ensuring that our customers receive delicious and beautifully crafted products. Your creativity and attention to detail will shine as you prepare a variety of items, from bread to pastries and cakes. *Duties* * Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Decorate cakes and other baked goods with creativity and precision. * Ensure all food handling practices meet safety standards and regulations. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols. * Package finished products for display or sale, ensuring they are presented attractively. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely production of baked goods. *Qualifications* * Experience in baking or working within the food industry is preferred. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures. * Skills in cake decorating and presentation are highly desirable. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. * Excellent communication skills * Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in baking is essential. * A passion for baking and creating delicious treats that delight customers. !
