Job details
Duties: - Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods. Cookies, squares, cakes and savoury items. - Package, label, and store products. - Follow recipes and ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods - Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Assist with inventory management as necessary - Assist front-of-house and teammates as necessary Qualifications: - Previous experience as a baker preferred - Cake decorating skills - Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients - Ability to follow recipes accurately - Attention to detail - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
