We are a well-established family practice looking to fill a position for a full-time or part-time dentist with opportunity of buy-in or buy-out. We are a modernized practice office with all new amenities; digital scanners, CBCT, with 5 OPs and healthy hygiene and recall system. We are an experienced team with positive culture partnership opportunities available to the right candidate after 1 year. You will receive mentorship mastermind with a compassionate, productive and skilled dentist. Additionally, we have a strong existing patient base along with an excellent flow of new patients. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
* Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections.
* Perform various dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
* Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix or similar dental software.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
* Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
* Manage pediatric cases with a gentle approach to ensure comfort and cooperation from young patients.
*Qualifications*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
* Proficiency in using newer dental software is advantageous
* Experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology related to dentistry is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology related to oral health.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
* Understanding and able to efficiently communicate with patients in French and English at the minimum.
