*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to analyze customer inquiries effectively. *Duties* * Respond promptly to customer inquiries in person. * Assist customers with product information, and troubleshooting issues. * Utilize sales techniques to upsell products based on customer needs. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our systems. * Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement. * Communicate clearly and effectively with customers. * Stocking shelves and ensuring the store is clean and organized. * Opening and or Closing store alone once training is completed. *Experience* * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. * Previous experience in Cash handling is prefered. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment Join our team today and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our customers! Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $17.40 per hour Expected hours: 16 ? 20 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Store discount Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends only Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Cash handling: 1 year (preferred) * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationMission, BC
