If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are in alignment with our values, apply today! *The Parts Technician will be responsible for:* · Meet and greet incoming customers in a professional manner · Answer incoming calls and provide parts support · Provide accurate quotes, expected ETAs of parts, and updates to customers · Obtain customer authorizations · Interpret information from the customer to provide accurate parts · Sell parts and supplies · Receive payments · Maintain a clean and organized workspace · Perform general office duties, related to the parts department *Requirements* · Effectively work in a fast-paced environment · Previous experience in an automotive parts position would be an asset · Ability to plan and organize is a must · Strong computer skills · Ability to communicate effectively · Excellent customer service and phone skills · Upbeat and can-do attitude · High School diploma or equivalent · Valid driver?s license and clean driver?s abstract · Must be able to lift up to 23 kilograms *Compensation and Benefits:* In addition to competitive pay, we offer our employees; · Group Health after 3 months · Dental after 6 months · Life and Disability Insurance · Paid vacation · Employee Vehicle Purchase Program · Professional work environment, with job training and advancement opportunities.
