We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Administrator to join our team and contribute to the success of our growing portfolio.
*Job Summary:*
The Senior Property Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our properties. This role involves overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating with tenants, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in all aspects of property management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property administration, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Tenant Relations:* Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* *Lease Administration:* Maintain accurate records of all lease agreements. Ensure that lease terms are followed and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
* *Rent Collection & Reporting:* Manage rent collection processes, track payments, and follow up on any overdue accounts. Prepare regular financial reports for the Property Manager.
* *Compliance & Risk Management:* Ensure compliance with all relevant property management regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies. Assist with the preparation of legal documents and notices when necessary.
* *Administrative Oversight:*. Oversee the organization of property files, records, and databases.
* *Special Projects:* Assist the Property Manager with special projects, such as renovations, property improvements, or tenant retention initiatives.
*Qualifications:*
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or administration, with a strong preference for experience in both residential and commercial properties.
* Strong knowledge of property management regulations, lease agreements, and financial reporting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage tenant relations professionally and effectively.
* Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $47,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
