As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a *Customer Service Representative (LTL Division)* who will interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns & requests. This role reports to the Vice President - Admin. The incumbent takes charge of the entire CS process to ensure all shipments are complete and meet deadlines. EXPERIENCE IN A CSR ROLE IN AN OFFICE ENVIRONMENT IS MANDATORY *Responsibilities: * * Create freightbills * Process orders, forms, applications and requests * Update forms & reports * Manage customers' accounts * Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly * Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource * Communicate and coordinate with internal departments * Follow up on customer interactions * Answering telephone * Willing to work occasional extended hours as required * Other duties as required *Qualifications & Key Competencies:* * Grade 12 graduation * 1 year experience working in an office environment * Proficient knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel * Experience AND Knowledge of customer service principles and practices * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing * Good analytical and mathematical skills * Strong organizational skills; attention to detail * Ability to meet deadlines * Excellent problem-solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently *Hours and Location:* * Monday to Friday * Terminal Location: 6780 Dennett Place, Delta, BC *Remuneration: * $45,000 per year *Benefits:* * A supportive work environment * Medical benefits plan * KPI Bonus plan *Intended Job Posting Audience:* Anyone who can legally work in Canada Interested and qualified applicants should forward resumes by November 15, 2024: E-mail: kyleh@appscargo.com We thank all applicants for their interest however only those selected for an interview will be contacted. _*Please note that Apps Cargo Terminals is an Employment Equity company*_ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: On the road Application deadline: 2024-11-15- LocationDelta, BC
