*Summary:* This position is part of a team that is responsible for the complete and thorough cleaning of the rooms and public spaces at the Balcomo Penticton. We are looking for part time work with the opportunity to turn into full time work. *Required Skills and Abilities:* * Physical mobility and stamina * Professional attitude * Detail-oriented * Good time management and organizational skills * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Previous customer service experience an asset * Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) training an asset * Must be bondable and have a clear police clearance. Background check is required upon hire *Duties and Responsibilities:* * Demonstrates the Ramada?s Corporate Culture Values of Commitment, Respect, Integrity, Caring, Reliability and Open Communications always. * Handles assigned duties, such as cleaning guest rooms and hallways, recycling, and reporting any lost and found items or maintenance issues * Adheres to Penticton Ramada? quality and industry standards when completing tasks. * Follows established OH&S procedures and policies when completing tasks. * Ensures the security of the property and guests when completing tasks. * Stocks supplies and maintains inventory levels within assigned area. * Demonstrates a superior customer service attitude with internal/external contacts and acts as an Ambassador handling basic guest inquiries. * Other duties as required.
