You will be responsible for generating and managing invoices, processing payments, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient management of customer accounts. *Responsibilities:* * *Issuing Invoices:* Generate and send customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information for each transaction. * *Payment Processing:* Receive, record, and process payments made by customers (via check, wire transfer, credit card, etc.). * *Payment Entry:* Accurately record all payments received, discounts, and adjustments into our accounting system. * *Customer Account Management:* Regularly monitor customer account balances and collaborate with sales and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies or billing issues. * *Internal Collaboration:* Work closely with sales and logistics teams to clarify transactions, resolve payment issues, and ensure error-free invoicing. * *Report Preparation:* Assist in preparing monthly accounts receivable reports and ensure timely payment collections. *Requirements:* * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Previous experience in accounting or accounts receivable management (an asset). * Familiarity with accounting software and office tools (Excel, etc.). * Excellent communication in both *French and English* and teamwork skills. * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. *At ProVent HCE, you will find:* * A competitive salary; * A positive and welcoming work environment; * Qualified, young, and dynamic colleagues; * A supportive and accessible employer; * A comprehensive benefits package. *Why Join Us?* As a manufacturer of commercial kitchen range hoods, we offer a dynamic work environment, and a culture focused on quality and customer service.
