*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Project Manager to oversee a dynamic portfolio of capital projects and lead the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Initially, this role will balance responsibilities between capital projects and ERP (50/50), shifting to a 75% focus on ERP implementation by 2026. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in managing construction projects, developing processes, and working cross-functionally to achieve business objectives. This role also incorporates elements of strategic planning, continuous improvement, and risk management, ensuring that project outcomes align with organizational goals. *The Role:* *Capital Projects Management* Manage active short and long-term capital projects, ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and operational requirements. Oversee the management and tracking of all capital project progress. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and other departments to prioritize projects and ensure seamless execution. Develop and implement project management processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. *ERP Implementation* Project manage the ERP implementation, coordinating with stakeholders and external vendors for seamless system rollout by 2026. Act as a liaison between core ERP project teams and business operations to improve efficiency and data management. *Project Planning, Reporting, and KPI Management* Develop comprehensive project management plans, ensuring they meet budgetary, operational, and strategic requirements. Track project performance using KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Provide monthly updates, including financial reports, timelines, budgets, and completion metrics. *Continuous Improvement and Risk Management* Work with departments across the organization to develop process improvement strategies and implement best practices. Identify and manage risks across projects, ensuring compliance with organizational risk management policies. Support strategic planning efforts to align project outcomes with business goals. *KEY REQUIREMENTS:* · Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering or related field; · PMP or other project management certification preferred; · Minimum of 5-years experience managing large-scale construction or capital projects; · A strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to develop and track KPIs; · Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills; · Ability to work effectively across departments to prioritize and complete multiple projects. · Detail-oriented to identify weak points in processes and organizational structures; · A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies; · Electricity distribution industry knowledge is an asset; · Experience with ERP systems and implementation is a strong asset.
