*Job Overview* Our thriving salon is looking for one more skilled Esthetician to join our growing team, offering services such as sugaring, facials, vajacials, lash lifts, brow laminations, and more. We?re seeking a driven professional who has an existing clientele and a passion for building client relationships. You?ll play a key role in our growing business, with opportunities for both full-time and part-time schedules, depending on your needs and availability. *What You?ll Do* ? Provide High-Quality Services: You?ll offer a variety of services, including sugaring, facials, vajacials, lash lifts, brow laminations, and more, ensuring every client feels confident and cared for. ? Promote and Sell Retail Products: You should have strong retail sales skills, as you?ll be expected to recommend and sell products to clients. You?ll earn commission on retail sales, so your product knowledge and sales ability will directly contribute to your earnings. ? Team Collaboration: Work well within a team environment, supporting your colleagues and contributing to a positive, professional atmosphere. ? Salon Upkeep: Pitch in with routine salon duties, including cleaning and organization, to keep our space welcoming and clean for clients. ? Opportunity for New Services: If you bring additional skills that aren?t on our current service menu, we?d love to hear about them! We?re open to expanding our offerings with unique services. *Qualifications* ? Licensed Esthetician with expertise in sugaring, facials, vajacials, lash lifts, and brow laminations. ? An existing client base is strongly preferred. ? Proven experience and enthusiasm for retail sales, with the ability to meet sales targets and earn commission. ? Strong team player with a professional, friendly attitude. ? Willingness to assist with cleaning and other salon duties as needed. *What We Offer* ? Flexible work options (full or part time). ?
