Experience is not requiredjust a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.What We Offer: Earnings: $55,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on performance Guaranteed Minimum: $4,000/month Paid Volume Incentive: Per vehicle incentive bonus based on volume Percentage of Gross: For strong performance and high-value salesWork Schedule: Monday - Saturday, with a rotation of Saturdays as needed (Flexible to your needs)What to Expect: Training: Receive 3 months of hands-on training from expert trainers, learning our proven sales methods to help you thrive Growth Opportunities: We promote from within!
