The shift could be on the dock, loading and unloading packages from the conveyor belts and trucks, or you could be required to work the Courier shift of delivering packages to the customers. </p> </div></div><div><div><strong>Responsibilities</strong> </div><div><ul> <li>Pick up and deliver customer packages to meet daily pick-up and delivery schedules</li> <li>Scan packages / mail as it is received, delivered, or returned to the depot at the end of the day</li> <li>Resolve problems as they arise while on the road in collaboration with Dispatch and customers</li> <li>Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections using a package scanner and electronic-Driver Vehicle Inspection Report (E-DVIR)</li> <li>Unload all curbside vehicles </li> <li>Load line haul trailers to ensure all pre-scheduled departures are met </li> <li>Scanning/Cubing/Reweighing</li> </ul> </div></div><div><div><strong>Education</strong> </div><div><p>Completion of High School <br> Completion of specific vocational courses<br> Valid Class 5 driver?s license </p> </div></div><div><div><strong>Experience</strong> </div><div><p>3 years of driving experience and clean driver?s abstract to drive delivery vehicles.</p> </div></div><div><div><strong>Skills</strong> </div><div><div>Domestic Shipping</div><div>Courier Services</div><div>Shipping and Receiving Operations</div></div></div><div><div><strong>Physical Efforts</strong> </div><div><div>Physical Efforts-Physical strength - Lifting/Lowering upto 70 pounds</div></div></div><div><div><strong>Sensory Efforts</strong> </div><div><div>Sensory Efforts-Watching/Visual attention</div><div>Sensory Efforts-Communicate effectively (written and verbal)</div></div></div></div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><b>POSTING DETAILS</b><br> <b>Location: </b>517 - Dartmouth <br> <b>Working Conditions:</b> On the Road; Warehouse Environment </span></p> <p><span><b>Posting Number: 65171</b> </span></p> <p><span><em><span>We are aware of a fraudulent website that appears to mimic the Purolator careers page.
