The primary responsibility of the Call Center Agent is to handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.</li><li>Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, verify information, or provide updates.</li><li>Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, pricing, and policies.</li><li>Assist customers with processing payments, and navigating our website or online platforms.</li><li>Escalate complex issues or unresolved complaints to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's database or CRM system.</li><li>Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling metrics, customer satisfaction ratings, and sales quotas.</li><li>Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes, resolve issues, and enhance the overall customer experience.</li><li>Stay informed about company products, services, promotions, and policies through ongoing training and professional development.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service or a related field is a plus.</li><li>Previous experience in a customer service or call center role preferred but not required.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.</li><li>Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers while remaining calm and composed under pressure.</li><li>Proficiency in using computer software and navigating multiple systems simultaneously.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to resolve customer issues.</li><li>Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.</li><li>Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems or call center software is a plus.</li><li>Fluency in French, Spanish, Korean is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Join our team and make a difference in the lives of our customers every day!
