*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort during their visits. This role requires a compassionate individual who can effectively communicate with patients and work collaboratively with the dental team to promote optimal oral health. *Duties* * Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth. * Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments and document findings in patient records. * Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care practices. * Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. * Take and develop dental radiographs as needed. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols. * Manage patient records using Dentrix software and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. * Foster a welcoming environment for patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding their treatment. *Requirements* * Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice. * Experience working in a dental office environment is a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude. * Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices.
