<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>The Role: </strong></p><p>We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a professional with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.</p><p>- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.</p><p>- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs to meet industry standards.</p><p>- Interpret blueprints and building codes to determine the best layout for plumbing systems.</p><p>- Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded.</p><p>- Collaborate with other Trades professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure the successful completion of projects.</p><p>- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems, using pressure gauges, observation, or other methods.</p><p>- Communicate the nature of plumbing issues and proposed solutions.</p><p>- Maintain accurate records of time spent on jobs, as well as materials and labor costs.</p><p>- Follow health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>- Must have a valid plumbing license.</p><p>- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.</p><p>- Proficiency in using plumbing tools, equipment, and technology.</p><p>- Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, blueprints, and building codes.</p><p>- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.</p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p><p>- Excellent communication and customer service skills.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Company: </strong></p><p>APD has been developing, constructing, and maintaining quality storage facilities since 1998.
