Town Circle Medical Clinic is searching for a part time medical office assistant. Please note, the hours are mostly evening hours. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 3:00pm-7:30pm with the option for Friday 10am-5pm if more hours are desired. The total number of work hours per week is 13.5 (Tues-Thurs), or 20.5 (including Friday). Successful applicants will have to commit to either Tues-Thurs, or the Tues-Friday option at the outset. Duties include reception, answering phones, ushering patients, taking patient vital signs, sterilizing, basic lab procedures and scanning documents. Strong computer skills are desired to work on a windows based electronic health record. Medical office assistant experience or training is desirable, but not necessary to apply. Training will be provided. COVID vaccination is required. The starting wage is $22.50/hour.
