Milani Plumbing, 5526 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC. Vancouver?s largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning company is seeking an *Accounts Payable Clerk*. We are looking to fill this position with a dependable and proactive individual. Job Description: * Posts payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions. * Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions * Track receivables by totaling unpaid invoices. * Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report. * Maintain confidentiality. *Education, Experience, and Language:* * 1-2 Years in an accounts payable or similar role * Diploma or significant experience in a related field *Skills Requirements:* * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. * High integrity * Organized *We provide:* * Extended Medical/Dental * Training * Opportunities for advancement * Vacation pay The Accounts Payable clerk will handle a high volume of call and emails, it is critical to the role that you are proactive and detail oriented.
