*Job Summary* We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and customer service, providing a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction. *Duties* * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes. * Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils. * Assist with food preparation and service as needed, adhering to food safety standards. * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders. * Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. * Follow all health and safety regulations in food service operations. *Skills* * Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transactions. * Experience with POS systems for processing orders efficiently. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. * Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help customers. * Ability to prepare food items as needed while maintaining quality standards in food service.
