*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional service. Your expertise in mixology, customer service, and food safety will ensure that patrons enjoy their experience at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. *Duties* * Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. * Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. * Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. * Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers. * Operate the POS system for processing orders and payments accurately. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. * Handle cash transactions responsibly and efficiently while providing accurate change to customers. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred. * Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest experiences. * Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. * Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous. * Ability to handle food safely, ensuring compliance with health standards. * A passion for bartending, mixology, and hospitality that contributes positively to team dynamics.
