*Job Overview* A warm, patient centric dental practice located in a busy strata of Richmond looking for a caring, organized and self-motivated dental assistant to fill the position. As a member of our small and dedicated team, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and ensuring smooth dental procedures. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year chair-side assisting experience. Spoken cantonese or Mandarin is preferred. *Duties* * Assist the dentist during various procedures, ensuring that all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use. * Manage patient records using dental software, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. * Perform medical imaging tasks as required, including X-rays, while adhering to safety protocols. * *Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.* * Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing patient flow. * Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly with patients and team members. * A commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. * Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
