Calgary Humane Society is seeking a highly motivated and results oriented Human Resources professional to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Advisor plays a supportive and leadership role in the development and implementation of organizational and strategic outcomes as well as carrying out day-to-day Human Resources functions. Duties: · Provide guidance and answer questions to all levels of the organization on Society personnel policies, procedures, and practices. · Provide coaching and advisory services to Managers and Directors with respect to engagement and retention, performance coaching and management, conflict resolution, and employee separation. · Coordinate annual performance appraisals. · Gather and submit salary data for compensation- LocationCalgary, AB
