Join our commercial legal team and work on cutting-edge contracts with our go-to-market teams! We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Legal Counsel to elevate our commercial legal function, which currently consists of three dedicated legal professionals and is bolstered by a robust larger legal team. As Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial at Coveo, you will work collaboratively with all our go-to-market functions, with a particular focus on our sales team and Deal Desk (finance) team, to drive commercial agreements to successful completion. As one of our Senior Legal Counsel, you will: Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of SaaS commercial contracts, including enterprise-level customer agreements/MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, partnership agreements and related SOWs,- LocationMontréal, QC
