Listowel Family Dental is looking for a Dental Receptionist to join our team. Our practice is family owned and run by a husband and wife team. We are looking for someone to join our team at a Full Time Capacity. Monday to Thursday 9-5 AND Friday 9-1 Our work environment includes: * Modern office setting * Safe work environment * Lively atmosphere * On-the-job training * Company perks * Relaxed atmosphere We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and administer basic administrative and day-to-day tasks. Dental Receptionist responsibilities include answering phones, checking patients in and out, taking payments, and preparing and filing patient charts. Ultimately, you will ensure that the office runs smoothly and delivers highest level of customer service. *Skills* * Proven experience as Dental Receptionist or similar role * Knowledge of dental instruments and medical terminology (preferred) * Excellent communication skills (oral and written) * Strong organizational skills * Reliable with a keen eye for detail * High school diploma; graduating from dental or medical school would be a plus.
