As of June 30, 2024, TDAM and its affiliates manage over $434 billion in assets on behalf of pension, insurance, endowment/foundation, and corporate clients, as well as high-net worth clients and retail mutual funds.In attaining this client commitment, TDAM has built one of Canada's largest and most respected investment management and research teams with more than 220 Portfolio Managers, Associate Portfolio Managers, Traders and Analysts.About the RoleThe Associate, Institutional Marketing will be part of the Investment Proposals & Solutions Support team which supports TD Global Investment Solutions and TDAM National Accounts. The team is responsible for preparing requests for proposal (RFP) and providing due diligence information for institutional and intermediary clients.In this role, the Associate will be specifically responsible for the following:Prepare responses to written inquiries and questionnaires while managing project timelinesCreate investment language used, and help to maintain content libraryReview consultant and industry databases for accuracy and completenessProofread and provide overall quality assurance of electronic and print materialsBuild relationships with subject matter experts within the investment team and operational groupsMaintain investment data filesIn completing these activities, the Associate will be required to exercise judgment in interpreting requests, identifying appropriate content, and creating comprehensive responses. As such, the Associate will need to develop relationships with subject-matter experts across various internal teams ? investment management, global distribution, operational groups, and control partners.Qualifications / Skills / Experience 2+ years of financial marketing or other relevant experienceAttention to detail and accuracy; strong editorial and grammatical skillsStrong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft 365 (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Understanding of financial markets and productsAbility to work well under deadlines and multi-taskStrong initiative combined with good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a teamExperience with industry databases (eVestment, InvestConnect) would be an assetExperience with content management systems (Qvidian, Seismic) would be an assetExperience with analytical and investment management software (FactSet, APX) would be an assetFrench language fluency would be an assetSpecific Educational requirements/accreditations:University degree requiredCompletion of Level 1 CFA would be an assetOther Accountabilities:Be engaged in advancing and sustaining a unique, inclusive culture that reflects TD's diversity agenda, and creates an extraordinary employee experienceParticipate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environm- LocationMontréal, QC
