\*Overview\*
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a knack for sales, we want to hear from you. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, drive sales, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
\*Duties\*
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently for Eastcore
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the system
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while assisting customers with inquiries
- Analyze customer needs to offer suitable products or services
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
\*Experience\*
- Fluency in English is required
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous
- Work authorization in Canada
- Prior customer service experience is a plus
