*Job Description:* We are currently seeking reliable, detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaners to join our growing team. As a cleaner at Maid Alliance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning services to both residential homes and commercial properties. If you take pride in your work, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy making spaces shine, this is the job for you! *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform general cleaning tasks in homes, offices, and commercial spaces. * Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. * Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and desks. * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies. * Follow cleaning schedules and adhere to company standards. * Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring satisfaction with each visit. * Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within set timeframes. *Qualifications:* * Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. * Reliable transportation to commute to various job sites. * Good communication skills and a positive attitude. * Ability to lift moderate weights and perform physical tasks. * Flexible availability (weekdays, evenings, weekends as needed). * Must have your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, mop, cleaning supplies, etc.). * Must have liability insurance coverage to work as an independent contractor.
