*Job Overview* We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sanitation Workers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our facility. Your efforts will ensure a safe and hygienic environment for both employees and customers. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. *Duties* * Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks in designated areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and production areas. * Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuums. * Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain cleanliness in waste disposal areas. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. * Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment. * Participate in training sessions on sanitation practices and safety procedures. *Skills* * Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weights. * Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage is preferred but not required. * Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors.
