Each Martinizing® Dry Cleaning Customer Service Representative (CSR) is involved in maintaining excellent customer service and satisfaction every day. The CSR is the ?face of the business? and is expected to maintain and enhance our positive reputation. The successful CSR will have great people skills for use with customers, and with the facility staff, management, and ownership. Looking to hire immediately for part time work. Need availability Monday - Friday from 8-6pm and Saturday (not every weekend) from 10-3pm. Between 15-20 hours/week with potential for more. _*Requirements*_: * ? Customer service experience * ? Flexibility/adaptability for scheduling * ? Friendly communications style * ? Excellent listening skills * ? Public relations experience * ? Can stay calm when faced with a difficult customer or situation * ? Can understand and follow company policies\* * ? _*Job Duties:*_ * ? Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction * ? Organize customer orders and assure timely completion of work * ? Maintain quality standards * ? Participate in training new customer service staff Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 ? 25 per week Benefits: * Casual dress * On-site parking * Store discount Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2024-11-18- LocationLondon, ON
