*Job Summary* We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care, including working in nursing homes, hospice care, or assisted living environments. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. *Duties* * Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. * Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety. * Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects. * Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences. * Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. * Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote mental well-being. * Document daily activities, changes in client conditions, and any concerns to report to healthcare professionals. * Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in home care, nursing home, hospice care, or assisted living settings is preferred. * Strong understanding of patient care practices and caregiving techniques. * Ability to administer medication safely and effectively. * Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor. * Ability to perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean environment. * Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. * Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
