*Job Overview:* We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our Calagry team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy helping others, we would love to hear from you. *Duties:* - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information - Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers *Qualifications:* - Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Languages such as Spanish is a plus - Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems - Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for the position of Customer Service Representative.
