Job details
As a Wills and Estates Law Clerk, you will be given the rare opportunity to learn from highly experienced lawyers and law clerks. Cass & Bishop is one of the most well-established law firms in Halton region. This position is open because our senior Wills and Estates Law Clerk is extraordinarily busy and looking to reduce their work schedule with a view to future retirement.
Cass & Bishop is a diverse, modern office with a teamwork approach to serving its clients. We keep equipment and facilities up-to-date, and everyone helps each other. Treating colleagues with respect is part of our contract. In addition, the firm has a dedicated General / Human Resource (HR) Manager (along with an HR assistant) and competitive salaries with employee health benefits. Here, you always have someone to go to. It simply is not good business to have high turnover and the way to prevent that is with fair wages, fair treatment of co-workers, and by providing growth opportunities in a pleasant work environment.
Health and safety remain a top priority. Protecting our valued co-workers from severe illness has been important throughout the pandemic. If you apply to this position, apply knowing that Cass & Bishop will continue to follow the recommendations of public health experts.
