Experience as a 3rd wave Barista preferred. *Job Description* * Greeting/serving customers with HGCC Standards of Customer Service. * Operating POS system. * Providing knowledge and recommendations to customers; focusing on HGCC products and general coffee knowledge. * Operating coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) and other kitchen/food prep equipment (oven, sandwich press, sanitizer, etc.) safely and efficiently. * Utilizing knowledge of Safe Food Handling practices while dealing with food and beverages. * Stocking shelves and replenishing inventory. * Keeping the customer and cafe areas clean, safe, and up to HGCC standards.
