Quality Classrooms seeks a dynamic individual to join and grow with our warehouse team. The Warehouse Manager provides leadership to the warehouse team to ensure company standards are maintained and the team meets objectives on all warehosue initiatives of the company.
*Main Responsibilities*
· Work with the Director of Operations to execute strategic planning for the company, and budget reporting.
· Overseeing daily operations of the warehouse team. Support, train, coach and motivate.
· Lead daily team meetings to discuss production, objectives, accomplishments, and priorities to ensure KPIs are met.
· Strategize to ensure efficiency of team?s daily tasks and ensure daily objectives are met.
· Support the warehouse team to reach their objectives by providing informal feedback and coaching daily and formal feedback and coaching on a quarterly basis.
· Participate in the hiring process of new employees.
· Create and foster a positive team environment.
· Complete regular audits of the warehouse team?s functions to ensure company standards are met.
· Oversee the maintenance of incoming, stored, and outgoing goods, as well as current space available.
· Oversee the shipping and receiving of all items, supplies and materials.
· Oversee the general housekeeping tasks of the exterior of the building and within the warehouse.
· Inventory management and oversee annual inventory count.
· Develop new policies and procedures within the warehouse to improve accuracy, efficiency, and organization.
· Maintain appropriate inventory of shipping products and materials.
· Maintain safe work practices, adhere to all applicable workplace health and safety laws and regulations.
· Oversee the maintenance of accurate inventory by identifying and investigating discrepancies.
· Oversee the team?s breaks and vacation coverage.
· Manage time off & vacation requests.
· Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records; manage the requirement for servicing of warehouse equipment as required.
· Prepare and deliver presentations to the management team.
· Oversee Health & Safety Committee.
· Key Holder.
*Knowledge and Skills Required*
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· Bachelor?s degree in business administration or related field preferred
· Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or related field
· Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP and Warehouse Management software
· Project management skills
· Clear communication with team members
· Use initiative to solve problems and contribute to improving warehouse procedures
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to effectively motivate a diverse group of team members
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
· Work both independently and as part of a team
· Highly self-motivated
· Professional demeanor
· Strong attention to detail
· Punctual and dependable

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
